Never received phone call from manager. No effort made to resolve my problem so I ordered it from Amazon and got the item in 2 days. Will not shop at Lillisn Vernon again
Only open M-F 9-5 even during Xmas. Got through to place order then crickets. Tried to track order online. No order existed.
Customer service said there was a problem with my credit card (bank error), so rather than call or email, they just cancelled my order. Left me hanging for 2 Xmas presents. Now too late for Xmas delivery. I offered what I felt was a fair solution.
They expedite my order. I pay regular shipping (my coupon was free shipping). They pay the difference to express. Said no.
Asked for a manager. None available. They said I would receive a call back within 4-8 hours. No call.
I'd been a customer for over 30 years and tried to support the little guy. Found very similar items on Amazon Prime.
They will be here tomorrow - free shipping. I will NEVER buy from Lillian Vernon again.

After reading the reviews, I've decided not to order from this company. In reality, it isn't Lillian anymore since being bought out by a private equity firm.
I, and other people, don't need the grief with purchases that are the wrong item, never received, and hard to get satisfaction from complaints to the company. I'll pass.

This is the 3rd time I have written about the ornament that came with 700 instead of dogs name. The person who responded to my message this time ask me to send picture of the ornament I received this second time and is still wrong.
I am 87 Yrs, old and not very good on the computer, so don't know how to send pictures. Please check your file and see if I am going to get the ornament with the dogs name Blue on it?
Guess it was all capitals in his name AND THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. I offered to mail them back but the first person told me to throw it away,
I ordered gifts for my grandchildren and they did not come and I have tried to email and call for answers and have gotten no response!!
