Xmas dog ornament that was wrong.

This is the 3rd time I have written about the ornament that came with 700 instead of dogs name. The person who responded to my message this time ask me to send picture of the ornament I received this second time and is still wrong. I am 87 Yrs, old and not very good on the computer, so don't know how to send pictures. Please check your file and see if I am going to get the ornament with the dogs name Blue on it? Guess it was all capitals in his name AND THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. I offered to mail them back but the first person told me to throw it away,

I ordered gifts for my grandchildren and they did not come and I have tried to email and call for answers and have gotten no response!!

I ordered advent calendars for my grandchildren to have as a count down to Christmas and they never arrived. No status when I checked so I emailed the customer service to no response.Then i called customer service and they said they would look into it and no response! Also there was a $4.99 hailing fee and a $20.00 shipping fee which is outrageous! Never will I order from them again!!!

I placed an order 1 month ago and paid extra for expedited shipping. I was told total of packing and shipping would be 7 days. ITS STILL NOT HERE one month later and NO information from the company that it would be late or WHY!!!

Missing purchase

I ordered this product Oct 20, 2023. That's MORE THan a month ago and still no word, even though I paid extra for 4 day expedited delivery. No updates from the company, no word on why the delay, or even if the product is still available and when i might expect it. This is NOT acceptable. Please respond.

On December 14th I called to ask where it was, they told me it would not be made until the week of **December 26th! ** This was a special gift that I was giving for Christmas.... now I have nothing. Update on our order

We placed an order through Amazon, on Nov 23rd, for two personalized medium duffle bags. Amazon recently informed us to contact you to see if they will be delivered before Xmas. When we placed the order, we were advised they will arrive before Xmas. We would like an update on the order. Order number is 113-811****-631****. Not sure if this is your order number or Amazons.

Don't order from them - unreliable - ridiculous

Don't order from Lillian Vernon. I placed a huge Christmas order in December, that they NEVER filled. They put the order on hold, for a reason that even they could not figure out why such was on hold. After Christmas (when they found the order), they said the majority of it was now back-ordered, and I could not get this order until after January 26th! I cancelled my order, and had to buy miscellaneous gift cards elsewhere for all of my family after the holidays as my presents. Then they sent me a $10 coupon in the mail to try to appease me for ruining all of my Christmas gifts (over 20+ personalized items, valued over $250, that I never got). I tried to order an item for $6.99 using that $10 coupon, but they could not send such to me either without expense to me, even after everything they ruined at Christmas time! This company is a JOKE! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!! You'll be disappointed, to say the least.

Ordered a personalized suitcase as a gift for my granddaughter. They sent a confirmation so I assumed everything was alright. Went out of the country and came back and looked and behold no suitcase was sent to my granddaughter. She was the only one that didnt get a gift from me. I was really pissed off. Called the company it turns out the item was on back order but they didnt bother telling me. Now they dont have it in any of the colors at all. Terrible store!!! Will never shop there again!!

My mom use to order from this company all the time when I was little, on 11/22 I ordered 8 personalized stockings, a couple of weeks later I received 4, I called wondering where my other 4 where and they told me being prepared to ship, today 12/21 I call and they say they are out of stock, Ive been on hold for 30 min waiting for supervisor, now some of the grandkids dont have stockings, who does this. Lie after lie.

Placed order for personalized calendars on November 16 and PAID for them. On November 22 I called because I had received nothing from Lillian Vernon regarding order fulfillment/shipping nothing. Customer Service representative said my order was being processed and would be shipped by December 5th or 6th, I would received an email with shipping confirmation. As of today, December 21st I have received nothing from Lillian Vernon. The hours of their customer service department are ridiculous. Unless you live in the mountain time zone and don't work they are impossible to reach because they are closed. I'm requesting a refund from Paypal
