DO.NOT.ORDER.FROM.LILLIAN.VERNON. I ordered my 3 year old niece a beach towel for her swimming class and it arrived 4 weeks after I ordered it only to have her name spelled wrong on the towel.

She was very very upset. Nothing ships quick. You will wait a 2 plus months to get your order and it will be wrong. The items they have are cute, but its a trap.

I have called several time only for an Indian person to answer who doesn't speak English well and that you have to wait on hold for 1 hour. They thought I wasn't going to wait, but I did. If I don't get my money back I will be taking you to court yes over 40 dollars.

I am notifying my bank as well to tell them about a fraud charge. I HATE YOU AND HOPE YOU DIE.
