I placed an order for Thanksgiving items, some were personalized gifts. The order was placed on Nov.
2, 2017, in plenty of time for delivery by Thanksgiving. I received an email with a confirmation number for the order. Two weeks later I contacted Lillian Vernon to ask about the order and I submitted the order confirmation number. I received an email reply that stated there was no order, it didn't exist.
Eventually they sent the order and the Thanksgiving items arrived on Dec. 6, 2017. They have not replied to my communications with them.
I want a refund or free shipping on the return. I can't use these Thanksgiving items now.
